BBT Buys Californian Insurance Firm Posted: 23 Sep 2011 09:56 AM PDT On Thursday, BB & T Corp.'s (NYSE:BBT) subsidiary, BBT Insurance Services, announced the acquisition of San Jose, California-based Liberty Benefit Insurance Services. Though the terms and the value of the deal were not disclosed, the agreement is expected to close on October 1. |
