Posted: 11 Jul 2014 06:00 AM PDT The mortgage market can be a wave ride sometimes, and it’s nice to see mortgage applications continue to climb to 1.9% (according to MBA data) after last week’s 0.2% dip. With mortgage rates taking a small hike this week, that comes as a surprise. We’ve seen 30 year FRMs rise this week after dropping for four consecutive weeks, according to data from Freddie Mac. 1 year ARMs took a small climb up to 2.40% from last week's all-year low of 2.38%.
