“The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland reports that its latest estimate of 10-year expected inflation is 1.39 percent. In other words, the public currently expects the inflation rate to be less than 2 percent on average over the next decade (see chart above).

CapitaCommercial Trust and Suntec REIT have just announced their FY2011 results.
CCT saw a 7.2% drop in NPI ($277.3 mil) comparing to FY2010 ($299.0 mil). This is mainly due to their divestment of Robinson Point and Starhub Centre, 2 properties which we're pretty glad to get rid of. Suntec REIT saw a slight increase in NPI of 0.2% ($193.4 mil) comparing to FY2010 ($193.1 mil).
CCT announced a DPU of 3.75 cents and Suntec REIT announced a DPU of 2.479 cents.
