Niwot, Colorado-based Crocs Inc. (NASDAQ:CROX), a shoe manufacturer, in a bid to enhance the company's financial flexibility, has entered into a new five-year unsecured revolving credit agreement with PNC Bank, a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc (NYSE:PNC).
The new $70 million revolving credit line facility is expected to mature in December 2016 and other investment bankers, including JP Morgan Chase Bank and Wells Fargo Bank are also participating in this agreement.

The EURUSD has wandered higher as the morning session continues.  The pair is currently testing the upside trendline on the hourly chart at the 1.2916 level. This is a parellel trendline off the connection of the lows.   The level is also equal to the 200 bar MA on the 5 minute chart (green line in the chart above).
