Most reasonable (and unconflicted) observers would agree that the U.S. economy is not “recovering” in any real sense of the word. That doesn’t necessarily mean, of course, that they aren’t hopeful about the future. China To The Rescue?

I recently speculated that there is an off chance that the Chinese could ride to Europe’s rescue:
