Leading pharmaceutical care provider Omnicare Inc (NYSE:OCR) has raised its quarterly dividend to 4 cents a share from 3.25 cents, representing a 23% hike. This lifts the annual dividend to 16 cents per share from the current payout of 13 cents.
The revised quarterly dividend is payable on June 20, 2011, to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2011. The company last increased its quarterly dividend by a penny in August 2010.
