Of the trio the largest contract of $962.5 million is to build five C-17 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. The C-17 is a large military transport aircraft.

(NASDAQ:AMLN) is suing its exenatide partner Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) in the US District Court for the Southern District of California. According to Amylin, Eli Lilly has violated its agreement with Amylin for exenatide. Amylin believes that Eli Lilly is engaging in anticompetitive activities thereby breaching its agreement for the maximization of sales of exenatide.

| Chrysler Offers Refinancing Package Posted: 17 May 2011 11:32 AM PDT Chrysler Group LLC, 30% owned by Italy's Fiat SpA (FIATY), is expected to restructure its proposed refinancing package this week and repay $7.5 billion in loans to the U.S. and Canada governments, arising from its bailout in 2009, by the end of June. The Detroit-based automaker decided to raise $6 billion in new debt – $3.5 billion in term loans and $2.5 billion in second-lien bonds.

Tests 1.4235 Target Posted: 17 May 2011 11:09 AM PDT As discussed in the Midday Forex Commentary, the EURUSD was likely to break the range defined in the NY session with the 100 hour MA on the top and the 1.4122 level on the bottom defining the range. The extension came when the bulls pushed the market through the 100 hour MA at the 1,4187 level and the price quickly moved its way to the next target (the 50% Retracement on the move down from May 11th).
