Of the trio the largest contract of $962.5 million is to build five C-17 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. The C-17 is a large military transport aircraft. |

According to Amylin, Eli Lilly has violated its agreement with Amylin for exenatide. Amylin believes that Eli Lilly is engaging in anticompetitive activities thereby breaching its agreement for the maximization of sales of exenatide. |
Chrysler Offers Refinancing Package Posted: 17 May 2011 11:32 AM PDT Chrysler Group LLC, 30% owned by Italy's Fiat SpA (FIATY), is expected to restructure its proposed refinancing package this week and repay $7.5 billion in loans to the U.S. and Canada governments, arising from its bailout in 2009, by the end of June.
