| UK Banking Sector Wrap: Royal Bank Of Scotland Enjoys Rare Moment In The Sun Posted: 22 Jan 2011 03:07 AM PST Partly nationalised banking group, Royal Bank Of Scotland (LON:RBS) was the darling of the UK banking sector this week on speculation that it may be looking to buy its way out early from the Government’s Asset Protection scheme that insures the bank’s most toxic assets.
