Integrated natural gas firm Williams Companies (WMB) completed the acquisition of a private company Dakota-3 E&P Company LLC along with its properties in the Bakken oil play of North Dakota. Toyota’s Output Dips Again

Toyota Motor Corp. (NYSE:TM) witnessed an 8.7% fall in global production for the third straight month in November to 656,924 vehicles.
