Brampton, Canada-based SunOpta Inc. (NASDAQ:STKL) formerly known as Stake Technology Ltd., recently announced that under an amended credit facility, it has secured a two-year, new $135 million loan. The new loan includes a $105 million revolving credit and $30 million non revolving debt.

Ark Restaurants Profit Drops

Ark Restaurants Corp.'s (NASDAQ:ARKR) fourth quarter 2010 earnings of 31 cents per share fell 18.4% from 38 cents in the prior-year quarter. The profit of the company declined primarily due to an extra week in the year-ago period.
