Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has risen steadily from its low of $235.56 at the end of August to touch an intra-day high of 319.57 Friday. From the chart above, we can see bearish divergence in some indicators which signaled underlying weakness in the stock. The current correction may bring the stock down to its 20-day moving average at $307.95. On the other hand, fresh buying may be considered on a close above $320.18.

European Energy Consortium to Sign Turkmen Gas Deal

A consortium of two European energy companies and a financial institution are seeking to strike a major gas supply deal with Turkmenistan by the end of this month, to bring gas to Europe, bypassing Russia, which has recently experienced some disappointment in its dealings with Turkmenistan.
