Weekly Round Up-When Loyal Doesn’t Payoff Edition Posted: 10 Sep 2010 04:55 AM PDT If you are following me on twitter you have probably noticed my anger with Rogers over the last couple of weeks. I have been a customer for 10 years now, have 3 cell phone services, home phone service, internet and cable paying about $400 per month in total. We are set up on pre-authorized payment plan so never have a late payment, you’d think given these facts Rogers would be just as loyal to us. Wrong! Apparently loyalty does not mean anything to Rogers. I have been talking to customer service and retention for a few weeks back and forth and they are just not willing to provide any decent plans. In large metropolitan cities currently you can get $35/month Unlimited calling along with voice mail, caller ID and other services and NO system Access fee $6.95, however the best plan Rogers is willing to provide for customers is $25/mth with 200 minutes PLUS system access fee, PLUS voice mail and caller ID etc. The message from Rogers: We don’t care about your loyalty! Well, I hear the message loud and clear and now am moving all my services. Have you been in situation where your loyalty has not meant anything? Please share Before we get into this weeks round up, I’d like to point out that Moneyed UP is giving away $500 so head over to enter!
