The outlook for Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) is now positive and a move to 14.50-14.75 appears likely. The positive outlook would be in force as long as the stock remains above the 50-day moving average (now 14.04). Remain invested with a stop-loss at $14.04. The technical daily chart show a continuation of the trend with MACD and RSI trending upwards.

Leading pelvic-health devices maker American Medical Systems (AMMD) has received a favorable court ruling related to its patent infringement dispute with Germany-based medical laser systems and optical fibers maker Biolitec AG.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit overruled a summary judgment of the District Court for the District of Massachusetts, which previously found that Biolitec did not infringe on American Medical's patent.

In order to meet the rising demand for industrial gases in Tennessee, Airgas, Inc. (ARG) has signed a long-term contract to supply nitrogen and other gases to Hemlock Semiconductor, LLC by building an air separation unit (ASU) facility.
