Problem With New Blogger Comment Spam Filter

Blogger recently added some kind of new spam filter for comments, and some of your comments with links (e.g. from Walt G. and Juandos) have been automatically sent to a special spam area that requires moderation.  So in case your comments with links don’t appear automatically, it’s not that they are being censored in any way, it’s just a new problem with Blogger.  I’ll see what I can do to remove or adjust the spam filter for comments, to make … [visit site to read more]


Integra Inks Deal With Amerinet

Recently, Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:IART) entered into a three-year deal with national health care group purchasing organization (GPO) Amerinet. As per the deal, Amerinet selected Integra as a supplier of Jarit surgical instruments. Both the companies aim to expand its foothold in the surgical instruments space.

ETFs Making Their Way Into 401(k) Market

ETFs continue to make headway in the 401(k) market as many 401(k) plans are starting to introduce them to their offerings as the advantages of ETFs become more and more apparent.
According to BlackRock, it is estimated that nearly $2 billion worth of iShares ETFs and ETNs have penetrated 401(k) plans.  BlackRock has openly stated that it plans on continuing its push of iShares products into the 401(k) market and feels that it will continue to gobble up market share in the near future.

We are upgrading our recommendation for Conmed Corp (NASDAQ:CNMD) to Neutral following its better-than-expected quarterly results and our improved visibility on the stock. Second-quarter fiscal 2010 revenues and earnings beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate. Nordstrom Q2 Meets, Reaffirms

Nordstrom Inc. (NYSE:JWN) posted an earnings growth of 37.5% to 66 cents a share in the second quarter of fiscal 2010 versus 48 cents in the year-ago period. Earnings per share matched the Zacks Consensus Estimate for the quarter. Earnings for the quarter resonated with strong sales and customers' response to its merchandize and services.
