| Hologic Acquires Sentinelle Medical Posted: 10 Aug 2010 06:05 AM PDT Recently, Hologic (NASDAQ:HOLX) completed the acquisition of Canada-based privately owned Sentinelle Medical for $85 million. Sentinelle is also eligible to receive two-year contingent earn-out depending on its incremental revenue growth in two years. Hologic expects this acquisition to be neutral to fiscal 2011 earnings.
